Cancellation due to situations out of control
We understand that unforeseen events may arise such as emergencies, bad weather, flight delays or cancellations, or other situations beyond your control. In these cases we offer you the flexibility to change the time and date of your transportation at no additional cost. Contact a Cabo Premier advisor to make the change.
Cancellation due to No show
During your stay in Los Cabos, we understand that unforeseen events may arise that prevent you from arriving on time to your transportation service. Please take into account the following waiting times:
- Los Cabos International Airport (SJD): Our drivers will be available to wait for you up to 1 hour after your flight arrives
- For destinations such as hotels, restaurants and other agreed points: We have a waiting tolerance time of 15 minutes
If you expect to arrive outside of the established times, please contact a Cabo Premier advisor as soon as possible to adjust your schedule.
If you do not show up and do not notify Cabo Premier, it will be considered a No show. You must pay the outstanding balance, we will apply the Cancellation fee and you will have to book again.
Cancellation of service
Our transportation services are designed to custom fit your Cabo travel needs. If you still decide to cancel, please contact a Cabo Premier advisor by email, please note the following:
- 72 hours before service: Full refund
- 48 hours before service: 50% refund
- 24 hours before or the same day of the service: No refund applies due to the Cancellation Fee
In each transportation service in Los Cabos, we offer a unique travel experience. We ensure a vehicle and driver exclusively for you, along with carefully designed services to make your trip exceptional. From fuel costs to addressing your special requests, every detail is designed to create one of the best memories in Cabo. Due to the expenses incurred for your trip, you will have to pay the outstanding balance and it is not eligible for a refund.
We initiate the refund process immediately after approving the cancellation of the service. The duration varies depending on the payment method used. PayPal typically processes refunds instantly or within 24 hours. In the case of refunds via credit or debit cards, the time required depends on the policy of the issuing bank. For detailed queries regarding processing times, we suggest contacting the card-issuing bank directly.
