Thank you for booking at Cabo Premier. We are happy that you like our transportation services in Cabo. We remind you that by making a reservation on our website, email, you are accepting the Cabo Premier terms and conditions.
Cancellation due to situations out of control
We understand that unforeseen events may arise such as emergencies, bad weather, flight delays or cancellations, or other situations beyond your control. In these cases we offer you the flexibility to change the time and date of your transportation at no additional cost. Communicate with a Cabo Premier advisor to make the change.
Cancellation due to No show
During your stay in Los Cabos, we understand that unforeseen events may arise that prevent you from arriving on time to your transportation service. Please take into account the following:

Our drivers will wait for you up to one hour after your flight arrival, either at Cabo San Lucas International Airport or at Los Cabos International Airport (SJD)

For destinations such as hotels, restaurants and other agreed points, we offer a tolerance waiting time of up to 15 minutes.

If you anticipate arriving outside the established times, communicate a Cabo Premier advisor as soon as possible to adjust your schedule.

If you do not show up and do not notify Cabo Premier, it will be considered a no show. You will have to pay the outstanding balance, we will apply the cancellation fee and you will have to book again.
Cancellation of service
Our transportation services are designed to custom fit your Cabo travel needs. If you still decide to cancel, communicate with a Cabo Premier advisor via email, please note the following:

If you need to cancel, you can get a full refund by canceling 72 hours in advance.

For cancellations between 48 and 72 hours before the service, you will receive a 50% refund

Unfortunately, cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are not eligible for a refund due to the cancellation fee.

We ensure a vehicle and driver exclusively for you, along with carefully designed services to make your trip exceptional. From fuel costs to addressing your special requests, every detail is designed to create one of the best memories in Cabo. Due to the expenses incurred on your trip, you must pay the outstanding balance, which is non-refundable.
Refund
We start the refund process immediately after approving the cancellation of the service. The duration varies depending on the payment method used. In the case of refunds via credit or debit cards, the time required depends on the policy of the issuing bank.
